End User License Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and AppStrand IT Solution regarding your use of Privexa VPN.
License Grant
Subject to this EULA, AppStrand IT Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-authorized devices.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App
- Circumvent security features
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. All ownership rights remain with AppStrand IT Solution.
Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Some features may require updating to continue functioning properly.
Subscription Features
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppStrand IT Solution shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
Apple-Specific Terms
You acknowledge that:
- This agreement is between you and AppStrand IT Solution, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App.
Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this EULA.
